Our founder, Ali, brought his family's recipes from Pakistan's busy food streets to Chicago.

Started in the Farmlands of Pakistan, serving authentic Nihari to homesick Pakistani families.

Master Chef & Founder
Chef Ali has nearly 30 years of cooking experience. He brings the true flavors of Pakistan's famous food scene to Chicago. He trained under master chefs in Pakistan and has mastered the art of Nihari and traditional BBQ.
